Flash Linux sound lag

Hi everyone. Many linux users (like us) suffer delays with the sound when using flash. Personally we play many minigames (kongregate, armor games...) and it is annoying to have the sound delayed. So if you suffer the same problem, there is a really quick fix (if you use firefox):

 export PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=20  
 /usr/bin/firefox "$@"

Hola a todos. Muchos usuarios de linux (como nosotros) sufren retardos en el sonido usando flash. Personalmente nosotros jugamos a varios minijuegos (kongregate, armor games...) y es bastante molesto tener el sonido retrasado. Así que si sufres el mismo problema, aquí tienes una solución rápida (si usas firefox):

 export PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=20  
 /usr/bin/firefox "$@"
